These tours are designed for: clients who prefer to travel in a group according to well thought-out and proven routes that allow one to see the most interesting places while saving money and time. Tour shall start: on request of the target groups. Standard type of accommodation during these tours:2*-3* or4* hotels.Accommodations include breakfast (buffet or continental), all modern conveniences in the room (toilet, bathtub or shower, TV, phone, heating/AC). The hotels are mostly situated in the city centre. Tourists could be placed on the outskirts of town or in the suburbs during some important Fair Trades, Exibitions and Congresses as well as big Bank or National holidays ( for example Easter, Fallas, Feria de Sevilla, GSM and Formula 1 period). Order of attending the cities may be modified, overnight stay in one city may be replaced by another, and the hotel may be changed within the category described in the itinerary. Tours shall BE GUARANTEED provided at least 10 tourists have chosen the route Important note! Trains: when travelling via overnight trains men and women are accommodated in sleepper compartments. A few unisex compartments are available but considering limited spots, early reservations are necessary. Tickets for all trains and flights are bought in advance, and therefore there are penalties for cancellation of the tour for any reason, regardless of the date of cancellation (please consult while ordering). Transfers: All transfers are pre-planned and scheduled with the guide. Some waiting time at the airport is possible if the group arrives with different flights. Fast transfer to the hotel without the waiting time costs 10 € per person each way in Barcelona and Madrid. Group transfers in Barcelona and Madrid are guarranted for those who arrive from 08:00 in the morning till 19:00 in the evening and for those who left from 09:00 in the morning till 24:00 in the evening. For the arrivals and departures out of the mentioned hours additional surcharge at the amount of 10 € is applied for each person, for each way. Night Transfers from 24:00 till 06:00 of the morning cost 20 € for each person, for one way (at least 2 people). If you missed your plane and have to take another flight or your luggage is lost, please contact our representative immediately via the number provided in your brochure. Only in that case we can guarantee the transfer. If you fail to inform us of your difficulties and more than an hour and a half has passed since your scheduled plane arrival, your transfer will be cancelled and you will have to make your own arrangements for transportation to the hotel. - Group transfers to and from Costa Brava are guaranteed for the flights that depart from Barcelona on Saturday after 10am and arrive no later than 8pm. For arrivals at the non-scheduled days or different time there are extra charge of 30 € per way for the transfer from the airport of Barcelona to Costa Brava hotels (besides the nigt departure, from 24:00 till 06:00 in the morning. The customer pays for the transfer or may take a public transport). Transfers in Paris are provided from/to the Charles de Gaulle Airport, transfers in Rome –from/to the FiumicinoAirport. Transfers at/from other airports can be arranged for an extra fee (50 €). Check in and check out the hotels:a check in shall be after 13:00, while check out, prior to 10:00. If you come early in the morning or leaving late in the evening, you may pay for one extra night at a hotel or leave your luggage at the reception desk if space permits. In Catalonia, France, Italy and in other European countries tourist taxes in the hotels should be paid by the tourists on spot. Tours and Excursions: all excursions are carried out in groups on a set schedule of which you will be informed on arrival by your guide. If you wish to spend more time in some place, you may lose your group excursion and will have to arrange your own transportation to the hotel. Please make sure to show up on time because the tour bus departs by the schedule and the amount of the excursion is not refundable. Meeting point for each excursion could be at the hotel or at the convenient location in the city centre. Headphones for the bus tours: We insist on obtaining headphones from your guide on the first day of the tour for the excursions so that you could listen comfortable the staff told about the excursion objects. For many museums the availability of the headphones is a must. The cost of the headphones is 10 € per person, for 8 days. In case of 15 days it costs 20 €. Seats in the bus are decided by the guide on spot, depending on the tourists'’ age and the soonest provision of the documents. Additional surcharge for the first 3 lines in the bus – 30 € per person, 4-5 lines -20 € per person, 6-7 lines – 15 €. Additional days: tourists may spend some extra days prior or after the scheduled tour by the extra charge. For all the toursits additional tour packages “A week holiday in Loret de Mar” a “A week tour Nice” are available with a special price, as well as, possibility to book a holiday in other Islands. The mark of (*) is mean that the entry tickets to the museums or cathedrals or shows are included into the itinerary. The company has a right to make some changes in the excursion programms or replace some excursion objects with other ones.
