GROUP TOURS This tours are designed for those people who prefer to travel in a group of like-minded people following predetermined routes on a set schedule, which allows them to have the budget visit of all the major attractions and have enough free time to enjoy the cities. The tours start any day of the week or the specific dates marked in the programms. Minimum participants are 2 pax. Standard accommodation during this tours:3- 5* star hotels. Accommodations include breakfast (buffet or continental), all modern conveniences in the room (toilet, bathtub or shower, TV, phone, heating/AC). The hotels are mostly situated in the city centre. Tourists could be placed on the outskirts of town or in the suburbs during some important Fair Trades , Exibitions and Congresses as well as big Bank or National holidays ( for example Easter, Fallas, Feria de Sevilla, GSM and Formula 1 period). Order of attending the cities may be modified, overnight stay in one city may be replaced by another, and the hotel may be changed within the category described in the itinerary. The tours are GUARANTEED to be held all year round.Sometimes the prices may increase duringthe time of Christmas, New Year, and Easter, Carnival and another Bank Holidays or Congresses period). You will be informed of any additional charges at the time of booking! Important to know! Transfers: - All transfers are pre-planned and scheduled with the guide as well as without, depending on the travel route. Tourists from various groups will be brought together during departure and arrival transfers so some waiting time at the airport is possible. Fast transfer to the hotel without the waiting time costs 10 € per person each way. - If you missed your plane and have to take another flight or your luggage is lost, please contact our representative immediately via the number provided in your brochure. Only in that case we can guarantee the transfer. If you fail to inform us of your difficulties and more than an hour and a half has passed since your scheduled plane arrival, your transfer will be cancelled and you will have to make your own arrangements for transportation to the hotel. - Group transfers to and from Costa Brava are guaranteed for the flights that depart from Barcelona on Saturday after 10am and arrive no later than 8pm. For arrivals at the non-scheduled days or different time there are extra charge of 30 € per way for the transfer from the airport of Barcelona to Costa Brava hotels or viceversa and50€per way for the transfer from the airport of Barcelona to Costa Dorada hotels.There are no group transfers providing to Costa Brava or Costa Dorada regions at the night, but you can pay the individual transfer as well. Transfers in Barcelona are starting fromEl Prat Airport; in Madrid- from Barajas Airport.Transfers fromother airports can be arranged foran extra fee. Transfers in Paris is providing from/to the Charles de Gaulle Airport, transfers in Rome –from/to the FiumicinoAirport. Transfers at/from other airports can be arranged for an extra fee (for example, GeronaAirport, ReusAirport, Orly Airport and others). Hotel: check-in is available after 1pm and check-out before 10am. If you need the early check-in or the late check-out, you should pay the supplement in the hotel or one extra day. You can also leave your luggage at the luggage room in the hotel. Excursions:all excursions are carried out in groups on a set schedule of which you will be informed on arrival by your guide. If you wish to spend more time in some place, you may lose your group excursion and will have to arrange your own transportation to the hotel.Please make sure to show up on time because the tour bus departs by the schedule and the amount of the excursion is not refundable.Meeting point for each excursion could be at the hotel or at the convenient location in the town centre. PLEASE NOTE:In case of late flight arrivals, the first scheduled dinner at the Spanish Village and Musical Fountain Show can not be postponed to another day of the tour. We can deduct its value from the tour cost(priced at 10 €per person). The Magic Fountain show is free of charge and thus is not subject to refunds. Order of excursions or their beginning time can be changed. Tourists are assigned their seats on the bus during departure based on the date of reservations made. Additional days: tourists may spend some extra days prior or after the scheduled tour by the extra charge.An additional week on the Spanish sea cost is available for Lloret de Mar at a special price. The option to book vacation at the Canary or Balear Islands or another sea costs or places is also possible. The mark of (*) is mean that the entry tickets to the museums or cathedrals or shows are include into the itinerary.
