SPIT-ROASTED CHICKEN
Put already prepared chicken, salt it, put on a skewer and roast over hot coals (without flame) for 20 to 30 minutes, periodically oiling and turning the skewer so that the chicken is evenly roasted. Serve the chicken on a platter with fresh or lightly salted cucumbers, tomatoes, garnishing with parsley; serve the lemon separately.
For one chicken (250 - 300g):
20g butter,
25g lemon,
80g cucumbers,
50g tomatoes,
salt,
parsley to taste.
